Most people who book with us arrive for one of a few reasons. Some are recovering from surgery and have been told to keep the swelling moving. Some feel puffy, heavy or bloated and want to feel lighter in themselves. Others carry the whole week in their shoulders and need an hour to properly switch off.
Orinela will ask how you are feeling on the day and work from there, so you do not need to know which massage you want before you arrive.
Massage here is a treatment rather than a spa add on. You are in a calm, private room at our Summertown clinic, just north of Oxford city centre, with a therapist who tailors the pressure and the technique to what your body needs that day.
