Guidelines for Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, we kindly ask for advance notice when rescheduling or cancelling appointments. This allows us to offer the time to someone else in need.
We kindly ask that all cancellations be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment cost, and failure to attend without notice (no-shows) will incur a 100% charge.
A £50 deposit is required to secure all consultation bookings. This is fully redeemable against treatment and is refunded in full if no treatment is purchased following the consultation.
Management retains the discretion to waive or adjust the cancellation fees in certain exceptional circumstances.
